Winners list at the 2012 GRAMMYs

The 2012 GRAMMYs’ lived up to billing but mood was tempered by the passing of Whitney Houston, who received tributes throughout the night by several artists. But it was Jennifer Hudson who stood out with an accapella version of her classic “I will always love you”. The biggest winner of the night was Adele and the british singer performed for the first time after a surgery on her vocal cord.

*Shout out to my life-long role-model and legend, Kirk Franklin. It was also interesting to see my favourites, LeAndria Johnson(winner of Sunday’s Best), Kanye West & Amy Winehouse get nods.
